蛋白杏仁脆條

材料:

蛋白  兩隻

砂糖  30g

杏仁粉  50g

糖粉  30g

杏仁片  適量

做法:

1. 預熱焗爐至170度

2. 預備唧袋及圓形唧咀

3. 打蛋白, 砂糖分三次打入直至蛋白起角及擰面

4. 加入杏仁粉及糖粉, 快手混合

5. 放入唧袋, 唧出直條

6. 灑上杏仁片, 入爐170度焗15分鐘後, 遂分鐘降低二十度, 直至爐溫達60度再焗7分鐘
