綠茶曲奇製作簡單, 其清香茶味及鬆化口感很得大家的歡心

材料:


3/4 cup icing sugar

142g 無鹽牛油, 切粒

1 3/4 cup 麵粉 (all-purpose flour)

3 大隻蛋黃

1 1/2 tbsp 綠茶粉

1 cup 砂糖 (滲上面用)


做法:


1. icing sugar 及綠茶粉拌勻 

2. 加入牛油, 用電動打蛋器打至滑身及淡綠色

3. 篩入麵粉, 用刮刀/ 木匙拌勻

4. 加入蛋黃, 拌勻

5. 將粉糰搓好, 放置碟內, 然後冷藏至硬身

6. 預熱焗爐至175度

7. 輾餅糰至約半吋厚度, 用cookie cutter cut 出, 放置在已舖好牛油紙的焗盤上, 並在曲奇面灑上砂糖

8. 焗12-15分鐘

9. 攤涼後放置密封盒內
