夏威夷果仁碎曲奇

材料 (約十二塊)


金罐牛油 75g

糖霜 47g

低筋麵粉 100g

夏威夷果仁 50g


做法:


1.預熱焗爐至180度。

2.牛油,糖霜放入大碗內攪勻。

3.麵粉過篩,輕輕拌入牛油混合物中,加入夏威夷果仁一起拌成麵團。

4.將麵團捏成長理想形狀,放入雪櫃雪半小時至1小時變硬。

5.取出麵團,切片,入爐焗約15-20分鐘。
