Italian Flourless Chocolate Cake 意大利朱古力蛋糕

材料:


70%黑朱古力 200g

牛油 150g

蛋黃 5隻

糖100g

可可粉 2 tbsp

蛋白 5隻


做法:


1) 朱古力與牛油於熱水上坐融, 待涼

2) 蛋黃加糖打起至奶黃色, 輕輕拌入朱古力混合物內, 可可粉篩入碗中與其他材料拌勻

3) 蛋白打起泡, 分三次拌入朱古力材料中

4) 把材料進一已掃油撲粉的22厘米糕盆內, 置於180度的焗爐內焗 30-40分鐘至熟透

蛋糕取出用一22厘米有邊圓壓實, 再加重物壓至涼透, 把蛋糕扣出, 灑上可可粉便成

唔洗用麵粉而又要用野壓住...咁個蛋糕口感係點嘅呢..?

加左張蛋糕既大特寫
朋友大致上個feedback係個蛋糕有啲散, 唔夠實
唔怪之得要用重物壓, 唔壓就可能似梳乎李咁一陣風
我個人認為唔加麵粉都做到呢個咁濃既效果, 算唔錯
